The European Main Battle Tank EMBT-02 Praetor represents a potential advancement in main battle tank technology.
Designed to accommodate an autoloaded 125mm or 130mm cannon within a heavily armored chassis, it promises formidable firepower and protection.

Powered by a powerful turbine engine, the EMBT-02 achieves comparable speed to the M1A2 Abrams while incorporating a hybrid system that allows for periods of silent operation, enhancing its tactical versatility.

A novel heat dispersion system has been integrated into the design, significantly reducing the tank's thermal signature when the engine is in use, thereby enhancing its stealth capabilities.

The Active Protection System (APS) featured on the EMBT-02 is akin to that of the Challenger 2, with the added capability of deploying smoke for additional defensive measures.

Two variants of the EMBT-02 are available: manned (EMBT-02-M) and unmanned (EMBT-02-UM).
In the unmanned version, the vehicle can be controlled remotely either by Artificial Intelligence or human operators, equipped with specialized controls to address potential mechanical issues.

The manned variant boasts an internal configuration with a shell composed of durable materials to house the three-person crew – Pilot, Gunner, and Commander – who operate the tank from within.
All crew members are equipped with state-of-the-art optics for enhanced situational awareness and targeting precision.
